► Do not steal, reference, trace, etc. This includes making 'Off-Spring' or 'Siblings' off of my design(s), unless you've asked me for permission prior to creating.
► Do not remove / take credit for my artwork(s) / design(s). I do not upload my artwork to any platforms beside Toyhouse, so please link back to my profile when uploading on other sites.
► Do not use my design(s) for bigoted, hateful, predatory, or harmful activities / artwork(s).
► Do not use as NFTs / other cryptocurrency or with AI programs, as I do not support either.
► Do not use my design(s) for commercial use.
► You are free to alter my design(s), as long as it is still recognizable when compared to it's original design. If so, please do not delete the designs original artwork(s), but you may hide or store within a seperate tab.
► Do not sell / trade for more than originally sold / traded for, unless you've personally added onto the value. This applies to traded artwork(s) only if said artist's terms of service allows it / gives permission.
► If co-owning, please do not make multiple profiles of my design(s), as tracking them down becomes more difficult.
BLACKLISTED USERS
If my terms are broken once, said user will recieve a warning and reminder of my terms of service. If it happens again, said user will be added to this public blacklist. These users cannot be traded / sold my designs for my personal comfort, please do not harrass them.
