By purchasing an adoptable/custom from me, you get the rights to use this character or design for personal use. Commercial use is not allowed unless you pay for commercial rights or we agree upon a percent of income that I would receive from you using the design in that way.

I retain all copyrights of my original work, which means I can use it for anything I wish, such as uploading it in other galleries of mine (Twitter, Instagram ect.) or using it for promotion.

Resale is allowed if you purchased the design or got it in a trade and added monetary value to it. Items such as gifts and trades do not add monetary value, however, personal artwork does.

You are allowed to upload the drawing/design to your personal gallery or social media with proper credit. Link to my Toyhouse, as it's my most common platform to use.

You may change my designs as much as you'd like, as long as it resembled the original design. However, if a character is clearly trans and you remove them from being trans (i.e., taking off top surgery scars from a trans male), I will block you. There are plenty of characters that are not trans, and you do not need to erase the ones I make that are.

For customs, you must credit me as the designer. While you may have come up with the idea, I still put it on paper. It is disrespectful to not be credited properly for that.

All of my designs are created with the intent that they are 18+. I do not design characters that I feel would fit into ages younger than that as it makes me uncomfortable. You are allowed to change the age of characters, of course, but I do ask that you do not make the characters I design under 12.

None of my designs may have 'feral' or underage porn of them. Feral porn includes: MLP, wolf, and anything on 4 legs. I do not condone any type of feral porn, even if the character can speak/consent. Underage porn includes any likeness that alludes to the character being under the age of 18. This does not change, even if the age of consent is lower in your country. I do not condone any type of feral porn, even if the character can speak/consent. As much as I'd love a world where drawings are 'just drawings', that is not the case. I've seen that first hand, especially in the My Little Pony community. There's a reason I left it.
