Backstory      Qamar was born in Lyon, France on November 9th. Their parents were very strict and always pushed Qamar to do well in school, with little care for what Qamar really wanted to do. Qamar was homeschooled for all of their education and was always doing schoolwork grades above their own. Qamar never made any friends and spent all their free time doing whatever their parents wanted them to. They graduated high school two years ahead and began at a prestigious university studying science.      The pressure from their parents got worst and worst during university and caused them a lot of stress. They couldn't keep up with their school work and dropped out after a year. This caused a huge rift in their relationship with their parents and Qamar knew that they had to move away. They moved out, got a part time job, and moved into a small apartment with 3 other roommates. During this time they applied to any and all universities all over the world, hoping for anything. 3 years go by and they were accepted into a university in Vancouver, so Qamar packed their bags and left.      Qamar started working towards getting a bachelors in psychology, at their own leisurely pace. They worked multiple jobs on the side and couch hopped between homes. They got their bachelor degree at 26 and began medical school soon afterwards. Finishing med school Qamar began her residency and met Daphne. The two of them became quite good friends and Qamar started helping Daphne with research at the university. Once they finished their residency Qamar started their psychiatry practice and continued working with Daphne on the side.
