Nick the Greedent is taller than the average Greedent, towering over his own mom at 2 feet, 6 inches, which is slightly taller than his own dad. Despite the height compensation. he is still much heavier than a Greedent of his size should be, as he doesn’t exactly have the best diet. Nick does not only stash berries in his tail, but also an assortment of junk food, including varied candies and chocolate bars, snack cakes, honey buns and donuts, generally stuff that just makes him chonky.

Born on June 23rd, he is otherwise a normal colored Greedent, but has four parallel yellow needle-point pinstripes running from his forehead, down his back, and onto his tail. These stripes resulted from a combination of genes given to him from his mother, also a Greedent, and father, a Gumshoos. While he’s still legally a hybrid, he is too close to his mother’s shape to be given a mishmashed name. He is rather, for lack of better terms, a subtle hybrid, and is still referred to as a Greedent.

Nick is heavily nearsighted and needs to wear his rectangular glasses, which may or may not be depicted as held to his face with a strap, otherwise he is entirely blind. His fur often goes unbrushed, and as a result, he has a chronic case of bed-fur, with tufts of fur sticking out all over the place.

As a hybrid, Nick is capable of learning moves from both his mother and father. Although for the most part, Nick only uses moves he feels comfortable with. For the time being, Nick doesn't know any moves from his father, but he plans to change that as soon as he can.

Additionally,  Nick prefers to wear collared shirts so he can wear his Focus Sash like  a necktie. If the shirt has purple on it, that’s a bonus, Nick likes that color.

There  may however be instances where he can’t exactly show the tie off in his  uniform, such as if he needs to wear warm or more casual clothes. In this case, the focus sash stays on him, either entirely obscured under  his clothing, or peeking out from the neck hole.

Nick was named after Shelly and John's trainer, whom they honored for giving them the best years of their life, helping them meet and giving them a brief career as trainer pokemon.
