Nagi is the second homunculus the enigmatic Alchemist created. She used her natural inclination for underwater fights to help the Alchemist breeze through several underwater dungeons, but Nagi's overspecialization toward water biomes meant she struggled to keep up when the Alchemist moved on to other types of dungeons. She currently resides at the Alchemist's mansion with the other six homunculi.
Nagi spends her time trying to clear the nearby dungeons by herself, farming materials and regents for the Alchemist on their rare visit home. She is a perfectionist in front of the others, but secretly puts in a lot of effort to improve. Nagi typically only asks for help when she needs actual feedback on whatever she is trying to learn, and her poise quickly crumbles until she is a blushing mess. Her weapon of choice is a black opal knife.

Summary
Nagi is closest to Amelia and Cassandra as they've seen Nagi at most of her highs and lows, and she wants to keep up an air of confidence around the younger homunculi. However, her battle hungry persona and self-confidence have gradually waned since being forced to retire when the Alchemist had to move on from water-themed Dungeons.
With the debilitating hit to her self confidence, she's had a harder time figuring out what exactly she wants in life. When she's not working with Amelia on new skills or getting dragged into Amalthea and co's attempts to motivate her, she will frequently challenge water dungeons solo.

Trivia
• Wraps her tail around the nearest person when nervous or anxious. Usually her own leg, but will occasionally go for Amelia and Cassandra if they're nearby.
• Blessings of the Ocean allows her to put buffs on her allies and herself. Buffs range from breathing underwater and increased speed and power to invisibility and water control.
• Roommates with Amalthea and Stella in reverse isekai AU.
