1) credit for art must be given in all circumstances
2) you may not, under any circumstance, edit my art. you own the character, not the ref sheet provided!
3) i ask that you keep all of my designs 18+. not that you have to make nsfw art for them, or have them in nsfw contexts; just that my design continues to represent a character who is 18 or older.
4) you are free to alter the design as you see fit-- just do not edit my art.
5) please do not resell my designs to a minor.
6) please refrain from reselling for more than you bought it for + the value of any additional art.
7) refunds will NOT be given except in certain circumstances.
