lucisa was born a year after her older sister, raya. the two sisters were born into a family of poverty, and their parents found themselves struggling to feed themselves and especially their children. they were able to scrape by for years until the parents had finally decided that they were fed up with struggling so often. when raya was 10 and lucisa was 9, they had abandoned the two girls in a crowded area, disappearing from their sight forever. from then on, it was up to the two girls to survive on their own. most of the responsibility landed on raya as she was the older one of the two. as she went about the town scrounging for food, lucisa held the fort down and made sure their makeshift home wasn't destroyed or anything of the sort. although their situation was always difficult, raya was persistent and they lived for longer than they thought they would. throughout the years of their struggling, raya had met someone named "kas" whom would become a good and extremely loyal friend. kas would offer them a place to stay, food to eat, and clothes completely free of cost. thanks to kas' kindness, lucisa's and raya's physical and mental health had improved dramatically.

but raya didn't wish to rely on kas forever. after lucisa and raya's overall health had improved from being so malnourished and raya deemed herself strong enough to work, she asked kas for what their job was and if she could possibly work alongside her. kas happily agreed, allowing raya to take a peek into what their life was like in their job. not long after, raya and kas began working together. lucisa had noticed how they always came home together late after a tough day. she never particularly knew what their job was, but she simply knew they made good money. although raya made a good amount of money to buy her and lucisa their own home, they all agreed that it was the bettet choice to stay with kas. as they worked, lucisa found no interest in finding a job so quickly but was much more interested in educating herself and learning about the large and wonderous world. she never did attend school but remained at home alone where she would read books and articles online.

life turned out to be less sweet than it was looking. although it never interested lucisa beforehand, she found herself feeling curious one day. what was raya's and kas' work anyway? in attempts to find out, she one day snuck out to follow them to their workplace. where she expected to see a building of some sort where they possibly worked, she found herself in an alleyway instead. from there, she could see the outlines of raya and kas whom seemed to be wearing cloaks. with their faces hidden, they snuck up behind them unsuspecting individuals and had killed them swiftly and quietly. in her shock, lucisa ran away. from then on, she discovered they were assassins. she found herself feeling revolted by their work. how could they kill people so easily like that?

lucisa knew she should confront raya about the matter eventually. right before raya was about to head off for work, she grabbed her arm and accusingly spoke about her job, demanding her to explain herself. before raya could fully explain herself and her reasonings, a group of people invaded their home seeking for their deaths as revenge from a certain person that raya had assassinated as per request of one of her clients. within a flash, raya was killed and although lucisa wasn't involved, she was not spared.

lucisa became an indecipherable under rather strange circumstances. her process on becoming an indecipherable was rather unnatural compared to others. in the beginning, she found herself to be a saint. it's a general required rule that those who pass away forget their memories when becoming a saint, rogue, or indecipherable but for some reason she retained one single part of her memory and that was her dear sister raya. frantically, she looked around for her only to see she was nowhere to be found. it wasn't until later on when a rather devious rogue had informed her that her sister was a rogue rather than a saint. based off what she knew, she knew being a rogue wasn't good news. concerned for her sister, she made a deal with the rogue that she knew as "axel". raya would become an angel in exchange for, well, he refused to tell her.

they shook hands and the deal was immedately sealed. but by agreeing to a deal with a rogue, she had committed a great sin and descended to an indecipherable while her sister rose to be a saint.

lucisa wasn't a saint long enough to adjust to their lifestyle so she had easily adjusted to an indecipherable life. as indecipherables have a choice to decide whether or not they can side with the saints, she decided to do so. attending the training academy for indecipherables, she continued on to train and rised quickly through the ranks. gradually, she became stronger and stronger. now she just lives life, fighting rogues. she hopes that she'll be able to move on from this life one day.

she always made attempts to visit her sister, even when she lived on the heavenly grounds which is strictly forbidden for anyone other than saints to go on. during her third or fourth visit, she was caught by a general saint named "kyran" or simply "ky". ky was rather lenient with her and let her off with a warning, only for her to continue coming back and sneaking onto their territory. eventually he just gave up and allowed her to move on with her antics, helping her sneak into her sister's home and keeping her from the eyes of the other saints. throughout their many interactions, kyran found himself gradually developing feelings for her. her beauty, her intelligence, her capability and independence had him enraptured. he never informed her of his feelings and that was for the best as she didn't develop feelings for him in return until a while later. the closer she got, the more she enjoyed his company and the more she learned about his personality. he was actually a bit of a tease, he was highly intelligent and responsible, and he was a lot kinder than he originally let on. what she found the most attractive about him was how he was usually there to support her if she was feeling down in the blues or if she had a conflict that she needed to settle. it took them a while to get together since they both were rather reluctant to confess their feelings, but eventually lucisa caved in. after she made sure of her feelings, she confessed to ky where he happily accepted and they have been dating ever since.

the rogue "axel" was hoping that by allowing lucisa to become an indecipherable, she would come over to the rogue side to enlarge his army. unfortunately his hopes were let down. it wasn't until later on when lucisa had discovered that she made a deal with a rogue general. axel would continue to bump into her occasionally, mainly to torment her or attempt to persuade her to become a rogue.
