I do not, and will not, revoke/threaten to revoke characters under any circumstances.

By buying/trading for/claiming my designs- through myself or through other owners- you are hereby agreeing to my TOS. Failure to comply to my TOS will result in permanent refusal of any future business with myself. I do not owe you a notice, discussion, or any form of communication prior to blocking/refusal of any transactions.

My designs are not to be resold for more than they are worth while in the current owner's possession. Additional pieces [commissions, added art, etc.] will always count as additional value to the character [gift art/art trades not added value unless the gifter/artist says otherwise]

• You are welcome to resell them for whatever they're worth when in your possession
• Gifted/Freebie characters are allowed to be traded; they cannot be resold without additional art.

Do not delete and reupload my designs. 

• If a character is deleted for whatever reason, do not claim ownership of said character design.
• Do not sell my designs off site and delete them from Toyhou.se. [If a user is not on toyhou.se, either provide/find an invite code or simply label said character with the new owner info].

• I do not owe you for what other users have done; please take it up with them.
• I am not responsible for what other people do with designs no longer in my own possession. It is unfair, and it sucks, but that is how it is.

You're welcome to use my designs/characters for whatever you please [commercial, personal, etc.], so long as they are not portrayed in an illegal matter [incest, pedophilia, "loli/shota", beastiality, "pro-shipping", etc.]

• I do not demand/request/expect compensation for commercial use; do as you please so long as it is not illegal or hateful.
• If you are found to be using my designs for illegal content such as listed above [in a glorifying and/or romanticizing manner], you will be publicly outted and blocked.

Giving you the character is not giving you their original story/content which I had written.

• Buying the design gives you the design only; do not use/reuse my character stories/profiles as your own. This misunderstanding has happened before and makes me uncomfortable.
• I often sell designs but recycle their stories and premises, so I will likely have characters that reuse the same or a similar version of the original design's profile.
• Please ask me first before reusing the original concept for the character; I may be open to allowing you to take the entire concept if asked.
