Poison type Eeveelution
Noxeon, the poison type eeveelution. Evolves when an Eevee levels up with the toxic condition. Ability is poison point. It's quills stand on end when threatened but it can be a cuddly companion when relaxed (providing you stroke it the right way) skittish by nature they take a while to tame and earn their trust and are usually wary of new people.
Character Notes
Wary, hard to tame.
Elusive in the wild but not unheard of.
More bark than bite, will usually threaten with a display and a screech then run away.
Design Notes
Spines along top of hindquarters, down the sides of forelegs, and along the top of the tail.
Bright warning colours.
Membrane between head quills for intimidating displays.
Horn with a chip out it.
