Adham is a responsible, stern, and blunt member of the pinnacle's guard of the wind wings. He is a confident and "fearless" leader, who is viewed as a hero of his people for his adeptness in keeping the peace. While he isn't the highest ranking of his position, he's certainly the local favorite and has become a representative of the guardianship offered by the dragonfolk's leaders. He presents on their behalf and is often the 'face' of enforcement. This of course, comes with its own problems-such as the local criminals finding him insufferable by default and painting a target on his back.
He's dedicated to doing his job and making the pinnacle a better place, and bringing peace. He will gladly throw his time into big operations or small ones, from murders to petty theft with all the same vigor and attention that he can muster. He prides himself on never letting a case go unsolved.
He is so dedicated to his job, that it often comes at expense to himself. He can become so wrapped up in his work he forgets to eat or sleep, and he doesn't really have much of a life outside of his 'job'. He doesn't ever stop moving, and it makes it hard for him to develop hobbies beyond his work.
He is entirely aware that he's missing much of life by being so closely tied with his job. He battles with insecurities about his role and if it's really worth it, and if the people he's helping are really more important than his own life. However, he'd never dare bring these up to anyone, as he doesn't like to let people in to his inner thoughts. He'd rather just go back to work and pretend they weren't there at all.

- He is afraid of fire (inconvenient, in a city of dragons); and as such chooses to reside in the sky district rather than move to a larger portion of the city.
Adham was the son of the local captain of guard, and as such followed the same career path as his father. Of all his hatchlings, Adham was the only one who succeeded in the trials to become enforcement of the district and went on to become a beloved beacon of heroism in the community.
He never seemed quite happy, but he does enjoy helping people. So much so, that he's a strong candidate to take his father's place when that time arises.

Tullius is another guardian, and one that is often appointed as Adham's partner on cases. They work together and bounce ideas off of each other as well. While Tullius' reputation isn't quite as hefty as Adham's- mostly due to who his mother is, he's still a fan favorite as well so the duo makes them quite popular among the locals.
Rumo is a petty thief and troublemaker who Adham has put a stop to numerous times. The two bicker like a married couple, because despite Rumo's annoying antics he never does anything worth locking him up or genuinely punishing him for.
Associate of Rumo's, Haruto is a snarky knowitall who seems to enjoy watching Adham run circles chasing his tail. He finds him pretty annoying...but he makes being a public nuisance look so fun he's almost tempted to let him.
