Rachneon, the bug type eeveelution. Evolves from Eevee when leveled up in the viridian forrest. Ability is effect spore. Low defense but impressive speed, this bug prefers to pepper it's victims with various status attacks it can inflict by shaking it's antenna and releasing spores.
Character Notes
Rare, only known to for Eevee to evolve to Rachneon in one location
Speedy, can run across the floor and flit between trees.
Tends to lean more towards status moves than physical attacks.
Increadably hard to catch in the wild as it will put trainers to sleep then escape.
Design Notes
Fluffy/feathery moth antenna and tail.
Pink fluffy ruff around neck and forepaws.
Big bug eyes.
