A Selkie's Song
While few land-dwellers know of Tritons, fewer yet are aware of Selkies. Distantly similar, selkies have the ability to take a humanoid form above water and a seal's form under the water, a result of generations of transformation magic and wildshape. Selkies live their lives in packs, hunting and playing and migrating with the tides. If a selkie is to lose track of their pack or be captured, they would be left behind to ensure the safety of the rest of the pack. Firdri thinks on that aspect of her culture often, on particularly stormy nights or when she spares too-long a glance at their fishing net.(Temporary) Pirate
Firdri spent a majority of her life within the underside of the oceans, and in her short tenure on land she has found that many land-dwellers are prone to underestimating the power of the currents. Inane, they dare to call it. Hah! While she's on land, Firdri might as well teach them a thing or two about the danger and depth that the sea can hold.The Golden Phoenix
Firdri found herself appointed honorary first mate within her first day above sea! A chance meeting with a man recently in posession of a grand pirate ship resulted in the beginning of a strong bond and camaraderie on the vessel Firdri came to know as the Golden Phoenix. It wasn't long before more friends found their way onto the ship, and Fin was cheering for a full crew! Firdri has well accepted them as her honorary second family.Personality
