Loves selling beasts of burden, refuses to be tied down by swearing fealty to any kingdom (and for that he is a bit underhanded/"clever"), very profit-oriented to keep himself afloat from kingdom fines and fees when he strolls into towns. Has a thick accent and doesn't seem to be from any popular or known kingdom, has no need to explain himself
