Smalltown's Sheriff. He knows many of the residents personally, and enjoys a job with few disturbances.

He is fairly old, having been childhood friends with Nihill rabbit. He buried Nihill in the deeps upon his request to never be found after committing suicide.

He patrols the strip with his deputy Sushimi each night to ensure there are no further incidents.
