Design Terms of Use
The commissioners rights for personal use only:
♥ The buyer/adopter can only use the finished art for the design/adopt for personal use only unless agreed otherwise by the artist.
♥ Buyer/Adopter may post the adopt/design to social media with proper credit given to the artist.
♥ Regarding adopts and customs the buyer/adopter owns the commercial rights to the adopt/design *this applies to any custom/design/adopt created by the artist*
♥ If you wish to use any of my artwork for commercial use you must discuss that option with the artist. The artist determines the commercial fee.
What is commercial use? If the commissioner plans on using any art or design/custom I've created for any reproduction/purpose that is marketed, promoted or sold and incorporates a financial transaction.

The following is considered Copyright infringement:
♥ You may not use artwork, design, custom, adopt etc. for commercial purposes, unless you've paid for commercial rights.
♥ Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork/design.
♥ Removing any watermarks/signatures the artist places on completed commission.
♥ altering the artwork without the artist's consent.
♥ Selling my designs/ customs/ adopts etc. for more than what you purchased it for, this is NOT allowed and will result in an immediate entry to my black list.
♥ Adding monetary value to my art or bases just to resell at a high value. Doing so will result in a warning, second offense blacklist.
Purchase of Commercial rights The artist will determine the commercial fee.
With commercial rights you may use my artwork or design/custom/adopt for any reproduction or purpose that is marketed, promoted or sold and incorporates a financial transaction. Examples include but are not limited to merchandise (pins, key chains etc.), books/comics for sale, apps that will be sold or have advertising, programs or commercial films, advertisements etc.
If receiving design via trade, you are NOT allowed to resell the character UNLESS you've purchased new art for that character.
Please notify me in case of owner change!
♥ Youre not allowed to delete profile from TH or change credits! Making character private is allowed though.
♥ If you have received character as a gift/freebie, you are NOT allowed to sell or trade the character and are only allowed to gift it again!
♥ You are only allowed to resale the character for the price you've spent on it Ex. Commissioned art and original price total.
♥ Buying my designs just to immediately resell at a higher price is prohibited and will result in you being blacklisted.
♥ You must keep the adopt/design for a minimum of 2 months before resale or trade.
I, the artist, hold every right to the produced artwork, not the commissioner.
Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
Promote myself within any place or site.
To display it on any form of social media.
To advertise it as a commission example on any form of social media.
By purchasing/trading/gifting etc. a design by me, you agree to these terms. Failure to comply with any rules stated above can result in being blacklisted and getting your design/custom/adopt taken away.

Kathu (TH): (reason) for changing art credits under their name/ deleting a character profile and reselling without notifying me.
