Any break in my ToS will result in a blacklist. By owning a design made by me, you are automatically held accountable to the following:

Designs may be sold for no more than what they were PURCHASED for. Trades/Gifts do not hold monetary value and the worth becomes $0. Worth may only be added through proof of commissioned value. (I do not encourage vouchers - I am not responsible for any vouchered trades and the value does not increase if a design is vouchered. You accept the risk on your own behalf if you take a voucher.)
All of my designs and work are PERSONAL USE ONLY. (Please read [HERE] if you do not understand the difference between personal and commercial use.) Credit me wherever the design/original artwork is posted.
Edits/alterations can not be made to the original artwork (hue shifts/saturation changes are exempt from this as long as nothing is drawn on/over). Any edits or changes to the design should be made through a new piece of artwork.
One-off designs can be translated into other species as long as I am still credited as the original designer. One-off designs CAN NOT be turned into their own species (aka, creating a species based entirely on the one-off).
