Juriep Beran

Juriep Beran is kind and dutiful. She likes to be helpful and not draw too much attention to herself. She cooks, just like her mother but also has a myriad of other talents. She knows at least a little bit of how to do many different things seeing how much she likes learning new things from everyone who is willing to teach her. She can be considered critical and annoying, she likes it when other people correct her mistakes so that she can learn and grow and usually assumes that other people would like the same. She has the whisker sense but isn't great at using it and only Carriel and Tikow know she has it. She spends a lot of time helping Tikow fix up the farm, but she doesn't know that he knows about the sense.

As a baby she was illegally experimented on, they gave her the whisker sense from the varslenians, but before she could get brainwashed Carriel got her and her now adoptive sister out, she doesn't remember any of this but that’s what she's been told. She grew up in the small town of Zerfamor, always following her mother around. She's teenaged now, and doesn't have any friends due to the combination of her fearing that she'll be taken away if anyone finds out where she's from and the fact that there's hardly anyone her age in the town, also she often finds that other people are annoying and it’s more peaceful not to deal with them.
