DESIGN TERMS OF SERVICE (applies to all of my designs)

EDITING

You are free to change and make design edits to any of my designs, permission is not needed or required.
Please do not white-wash or lighten the skin tones of my designs.
You may change the gender or identity of any of my designs.
Minor edits to my artwork on designs can be made, such as other color palettes.

CLOSED SPECIES

My designs can be made into closed species variants as long as they remain together and not sold separately.
My designs can be made into closed species that are not problematic or blacklisted by me personally.
You do not need to ask me to void any of my designs, feel free to contact me if required.

RESELL, TRADE, GIFTING

DESIGNS RECIEVED VIA PURCHASE

Designs may be resold, traded, or gifted.
Designs may be resold based on their initial value and added value.
Art that is commissioned or that you have created can count towards the design's worth. Art received via trade, gift, or as payment, does not count towards the design's value.

DESIGNS RECIEVED VIA TRADES

Designs received via trades can be resold, traded, or gifted.
Designs that have been traded may be resold for their initial sale value and any additional value added by you with proper proof of value. Value added by prior owners, either bought or drawn, cannot be added to their worth after trading.
Designs that are traded for another design do not retain the worth of the design traded for.

DESIGNS RECIEVED VIA GIFT

Designs received via gifting may be traded or gifted, but cannot be resold unless additional value is added.

VOUCHERS AND AUCTIONS

Designs received via trade or that were purchased may be vouchered for their sale value.
Designs received via gift cannot be vouchered.
My designs cannot be auctioned off by any means.

OTHER

My designs, by default, is only for non-commercial use. My designs cannot be used for commercialized projects without prior discussions and proper payment.
My designs can be used for personal projects that do not profit directly from my designs.
Credit is required with reuploading on other sites, e.g. toyhou.se.
Designs edited or utilized to portray offensive material (e.g.: nazism, pedophilia, etc...); will result in a public blacklisting.
Darker subjects and tones can be used with my designs if the design is properly filtered, mature locked, and also does not romanticize the subjects at hand. Be graceful and mindful of your stories and works.

BREAKING OF ANY OF MY RULES WILL RESULT IN A PUBLIC BLACKLISTING.

BLACKLIST

Individuals here cannot receive, use, or gain access to any of my designs or works.

Please do not harass or interact with these individuals on my behalf.
