One of the main powerhouses of S.C.Y.T.H.E. Arciel is a massive angelic Grem with a strong sense of justice.
He is often called upon for especially difficult missions like trying to contain a dangerous and uncooperative Cypherus and bring them into Headquarters.

Stats
Design Notes
• Three sets of wings normally, though the upper two sets are capable of combining into one big set
• Please do not draw the unicorn horn too curved. Slight curve is fine
• Has a little goatee and "chest hair"
• Two halos around tail-end
Powers & Trivia
• Specializes in sharpshooting with arrows made entirely of light
• Able to summon their Sky Bow at will
• While he doesn't normally take kindly to evil doers, he finds himself unable to be rid of his rival, Hellsing, almost finding him to be counterpart. The yin to his yang.
