Very short version of TOS:
- You can resell even if you received a design as a gift or trade
- You can resell for more than you bought it for (within reason)
- You can redesign as much as you want as long as I'm still credited for it
- If I personally gifted you a design, you have full commercial rights to it
- Otherwise, don't use a design for monetary gain if you didn't buy commercial rights
- Don't be a dick (use it for hate speech, fetish stuff, AI art, etc)
- Don't claim you made it/trace it/edit it/remove my signature/etc
- Don't be stupid (if possible) /lh
- I can make small edits like colors, scars, and jewelry for free, just dm me
If moving/trading a character off of Toyhou.se or privating it, please add their image to this character so I can keep track of the art still!

While you are in no way required to notify, give priority, or return Any design I’ve made to me, more often than not I’m happy to trade for a design of mine that you’ve lost interest in, especially if it was a custom!
Again, absolutely no requirement to notify me, but I’ll be happy to work out a trade if you do!
