Please let me know if there's any way I can make statements more clear/if there's anything that seems unreasonable, and also if anything about my blacklist can be improved
Rules are also listed in the TOS section of my commission link in my profile, but I've shortened them down to what applies the most to Toyhouse
General trade/design/commission rules (check here for more details, commercial rights info, or if looking to commission):
Designs- You may:
- Use the design for personal things (fursuits, cosplay, non-commercial prints, profile pictures, etc)
- Post to social media (with credit) provided the design or art piece belongs to you currently
- Resell for more than you bought for even if traded or gifted (within reason)
- Redesign to your heart's content as long as I'm still credited
- Move art/characters off of Toyhou.se
- But first please do add the characters or art piece to this character via the "characters" section of the image's edit page (select "search all by ID", put in 19644034, and you should be set!)
- This is just so I don't forget whether I've traded a character or not
- Create bio sibling, parent, or child characters
- You may not:
- Use my art for nfts, ai art, hate speech, or harmful media
- Remove my signature, claim the art as yours, trace it, make a base out of it, or make large edits to the image
- Make a design I made for you into a closed or open species without prior discussion
- Co-own any design I've created
- Trade to people on my blacklist
- Additional info:
- I retain image rights to post the art to my social media or use as portfolio filler or examples
- I can provide minor edits (color changes, scars, small jewelry) for free even after a design is completed
- Redesigns of characters are more of a case-by-case basis for who receives credit, so that will need discussion if commissioned

- If I design just an armor reference (for instance mandalorian) and not what's beneath, you only need to credit me for the armor design. If you design the character underneath, then you keep credit for that!
- Inverse also applies, and if you want to move armor to a different character that's totally cool
- If I design armor and say, a headshot for the character, though, credit goes to me for the full thing.
| Design trades/art trades- For design or art trades, I expect progress updates, as I will give them regularly
- If I don't receive any updates for two weeks straight, you forfeit rights to the character design and any of its progress shots, and I will keep it to do as I see fit (effective after 7/2/2022)
- Art trades I will consider cancelled after two weeks of no updates, and the sketch or art piece will be scrapped
- I will only cancel a trade after I have tried multiple times to reach you and receive no answer. You will be informed that it has been canceled.
Art pieces - My blacklist does not apply to art of a character I did not design
- The art I make cannot be used as merch or to gain monetary profit from the art itself (not the character) unless discussed otherwise
