On first meeting Charlie at work one might assume he's higher up the food chain than he really is, wearing his sharp blue suit and sporting a smarmy grin, but he's always been a firm believer of dressing for the job you want, not the one you have... In reality, he works IT for the mayor, which also includes running admin for the town's shiny, new website. Mostly though, it just means fixing all the bewildering old person tech problems Appleberry runs into on the daily.

Beyond just pleasing his ego, Charlie aims for better for another reason, his son. He's a single dad who very much wants the best for his kiddo... Or at least, a more comfortable life than he had growing up back in The City.
