Stanley Appleberry is the mayor of Apricot Bay and has been for as long as most can remember. He wins every election by a landslide with his loud personality and boundless charisma, despite his lack of actual political knowledge or much smarts at all. He's very enthusiastic and curious, however, fascinated with the latest tech and gizmos, especially a little something called the World Wide Web. He's responsible for the creation of Apricot Bay's official website—the idea, not the site itself. He lets Charlie deal with all of that.
