Decided that Foul Mouth is a direct side effect from the illness Hush has. He has been infected with the Aberration Corruption that causes the black markings on his limbs and has turned his blood black. It also causes a split personality alter ego to form. More primal and animal like with an insatiable hunger.
The Shadow Hands are formed from the dead that Hush/Foul controls. Foul uses them to pull people closer to him so he can eat them but they are pretty easy to break loose, however they have numbers. Hush uses them for more harmless helpful things like moving objects, collecting herbs or petting all the forest critters.
