• Dwells in a frozen realm beneath a fractured lake.
• Was formerly human, but she doesn't remember anything from that time.

Neve is inspired by The Snow Queen, or Snedronningen by Hans Christian Andersen. It's about a young girl, Gerda, and the adventure she has to go through to find and save her best friend, a young boy called Kay, who was stolen away by the Snow Queen. Neve takes her inspiration from the Snow Queen, but that is probably obvious.

POWERS

• She can control all forms of ice and snow, as well as blizzards and cold winds. Her power is great enough that she can create unmelting ice.
• She can animate creatures out of ice or snow to serve her needs.
