After moving to Japan he picked up a new hobby - skating, which he enjoys whenever he has free time. He made new acquantances pretty quickly both in his job and through skating. He also met his partner, Eito, through his work friends, as they took him to a jazz club where Eito works at.

Originally intrigued solely by the music Eito played, Min eventually became interested in Eito himself, especially after suddenly meeting him during "S". Things kind of... escalated and they ended up dating.. Min's unsure how this happened but he can't complain at all, Eito brings things he didn't even know he was missing into his life and he feels very happy right where he is. Min still keeps in touch with his family, and calls his little sister quite often (he also often sends her packages with things from Japan, Eito often throwing in some snacks).

Min was born and raised in South Korea. He has a younger sister called Eunmi. His father being Korean and his mother Japanese both he and his sister were taught to speak both languages since they were small. The family would often go on trips to Japan during summer holidays.

Min has always been very interested in dancing and decided he wants to pursue a career as an idol. But after a few years of being a trainee in different agencies, he realized he isn't really getting anywhere. He wanted a fresh start and he wanted to continue dancing. He decided to move to Japan, where he eventually started his own dance studio to teach others. He also made a career of his dancing skills, being hired to perform in various movies, music videos and on live television.
