Harvey is a disheveled and kind of irritable security guard. People compare him to his brother a lot, for "better" and for worse, usually claiming that while Harvey is more intelligent than his brother, Gatsby, he's a lot less friendly. Harvey just wants to stop being associated with the Rutgers, who he's been trying to get away from since he was a kid. He's just cursed with a genetically traceable face. He stopped brushing his hair as a last ditch attempt to get people to stop mistaking him for his twin, Gatsby.
