Finally a competent ninja. Just a chill spy & assassin with a shit eating grin. He likes puns a lot, and irony, and will laugh at you if you trip. He also loves scaring people by yelling "boo" and stuff. He’s very obnoxious and no one likes him lol. At first he’s pretty quiet so you might think he’s nice and cool but then the formal switch turns off and once it does this pranking menace is unleashed forever. Once in a blue moon he’ll give good advice to newbies and be helpful & wise, if the stars align just right. He’s a very experienced ninja, has been one since childhood. Tbh I lowkey love the idea of him just being a guy in the pokemon world, not in an original setting, but then the assassin bit would have to go lmao
