based off of the character from and the album deloused in the comatorium by the mars volta 

Cerpin Taxt slips into a coma from a near deadly drug overdose and finds himself helplessly wandering the dream-like caverns of his mind while in his comatose state. 

he eventually encounters Dr. Wolfram Tarant, from the "Eriatarka House of Facial and MuscularCorrections" who surgically turns him into a vessel for the god Clavietika Los Tres Ojos. after this transformation, he has wings for arms and has been restitched together.
