Born to a house that values traditional values and properness overall everything else, Zhàn Zǎoqí was the eldest of three. The Zhàn household prioritized restraint and morals, allowing Zǎoqí to be subjected to this treatment since her birth. Her parents prioritized her best, allowing her to cultivated many impressive hobbies that would benefit her family for having 'a talented' daughter.

Zǎoqí has never had many friends due to her parent's strict parenting. Since she was able to develop crushes, her parents began prohibiting her from bringing members of either gender to their house until she was 200. Her only friend was her albino phoenix, who she dotes and has cultivated her compliments on. Her phoenix was simply one of the few outlets for her social skills outside of lending her help to classmates who needed it.
Things had begun changing once she began participating in Martial Art Tournaments and Competitions though. Out of the multiple hobbies, her parents had led her to pursue, Martial Arts was her beacon. She quickly began to be known as an undefeatable champion of Loreas just before her prime, and she held on to that title proudly.

The political route was Zǎoqí's next step up in life. The advantages given to her in life inspired her to run to level an unfair class system that was still present in the workings of Lu'Lianhua. Knowing she could not abolish it, leveling it became her campaign and running idea. Luckily, being backed by and from an influential household that carried name for working their way to power, Zǎoqí's candidacy gained wide traction. She had a swift road to victory and won the election by a landslide.
She works tirelessly everyday since her inauguration to rewrite outdated policies and being the wheels for ones that would benefit her people. Although some elder Flowphists believed she was too young for the position, Zǎoqí proved herself otherwise.
Amidst her term, Zǎoqí gained political ties to the current leaders of the other 4 regions of Loreas. Lu'Lianhua was known for it's good relationships with its neighboring country, Al'Asfar since history's time. Outside of the occasional meetings and events hosted with the other rulers, Zǎoqí often met with Cyrus El-Amin, the current president of Al'asfar. The two became very close together, outside maintaining their country's political relationship and eventually ended up in a romantic relationship together. Both visiting each other outside of work to spend time together.
- Boxing + Mixed Martial Arts: Her favorite hobby, while also being a competitive sport she actively participates in
- Carrying People, Animals, + Things: It's similar to a flex of strength, and also the want to cradle things out of comfort.
- Ink paintings: She collects ink landscapes she finds beautiful and hangs them around her house.
- Heels: Zǎoqí wears them out of courtesy, but she would rather run barefoot than wear heels in her own time.
- Sleeping: Seems like a waste of time, she would much prefer to be work on the next day's work than lazing with her eyes closed.

Zǎoqí carries herself with a confident nature, gained from the respect she's achieved from her accomplishments. Admirers have flocked her way, allowing her to boost his own confidence. The career path she has chosen also relies on it. But regardless of her internal confidence, Zǎoqí is seen to be reserved and often expressionless. Raised to be proper and mature, her parents' and tutors' teaching are ingrained into her personality. Carrying the family name, she only allows herself to have the appearance of proper in the public eye. Her parent's behavior towards her often caused her to mature too quickly, and currently, having moved out, Zǎoqí enjoys the freedom it brings. It brings some childish and impulsive tendencies out of her every blue moon. Slowly letting the rebel phase sift out.

Work and caffeine are her bloodline. Not the green blood the runs through her vein, rather it's all work for her. 24/7. To a concerning amount, that she's more often then not found sleeping in her study rather than her bedroom. She's bullheaded about many things, and often does not relent to others 'advice' if it's not her parents. Sleeping being a great example of how she enacts it. With the lack of change in Zaoqi's expressions, whenever it jokes it comes out more brutal than she intended. She also does have times distinguishing what or what not is considered a joke or not. Being dense in that regard. Her lack of actual social skills outside of interacting academic, political and parasocial fan relationships, makes her lack regards for intimacy, having no clue of romance or the like.
Cyrus El-amin
[ lover ] "My dear, cute sunflower." Zǎoqí was charmed by Cyrus since their first meeting and often caught herself sneaking glances his way before the glances were met with his own. She had confided in Cyrus regarding her emotional and relationship troubles, being often solely about her fondness of the latter, without mentioning his name. Eventually, they became lovers with Zǎoqí doting on Cyrus often and endlessly with her wealth.
