• PERSONALITY • • Personality Traits: Kind, Helpful, Patient, Emotional, Excitable, Naive, Unforgiving, Suspicious, Impulsive, Irrational, Petty, Moody • Personality: Frutti is a kind and nice, albeit moody, villager. She enjoys helping others - if other people are happy, then she is, too! She's very passionate about cooking and does it a lot in her free time. She loves sharing the food she makes with others. She can be rather naive and trusting, something that gets her in trouble. Still, she tries to see the positives in life and in others. Don't take her for a perfect person, however - if you hurt her, she will remember that for years and everybody in town will know about that, too. Frutti decides on things impulsively, thinking about consequences only after there's no going back. She also can come off as an irrational individual, being prone to believing in conspiracy theories and lies, or even coming up with false explanations herself without realizing it. The most prominent part of her personality is her moodiness - she's emotional, and often her mood makes a 180 degree change in a matter of minutes. When her mood changes, so does her colors: ° Strawberry: Strawberry-Frutti is patient, kind and helpful. She treats it as her default state, as she's most often seen like this. ° Lemon: When she's feeling sour for a few days in a row, she becomes even more so. Lemon-Frutti is more likely to be impatient, dramatic and blunt without realizing it. ° Blueberry: Taking the phrase "feeling blue" to the extreme, Frutti turns blue when she's feeling sad and lonely for a longer while, and has more trouble leaving this state. She's much more pessimistic and trying to find positives is more difficult. ° Kiwi: Her impulse-driven form, she's passionate, loud, energetic, but also more impulsive and short-sighted than normally. ° Watermelon: On days where she has to work hard, she goes into watermelon mode. She's more quiet and focused, prioritizing her work over anything else, but also more naive and dishonest. ° Chilli: Beware of chilli-Frutti, her personality's spicy! When she's mad for a few days, there's no stopping her irritated and impatient mood. She'll give you her piece of mind, just you wait. ° Shadow: When she became a raider, her shadow form started working similiarly to her fruit states. She shifts into an almost-black color when she's feeling scared and anxious, and wants to disappear from the world... But also when she's compelled towards spreading mischief and hurting others, when the hivemind is deafening.
• HISTORY • • Past: ° Frutti was born in Bellsong, the capital of a foreign and beautiful kingdom. The city is best known for its long tradition of bell making, and every citizen is expected to hand-craft their own bell and hang it outside on the streets (usually in front of their house) along with thousands of other bells. The bells then chime beautifully, all day and night. ° Her family is well-known for making top quality wine, jams, baked goods and metal pots. With how big it is, there's a lot of diversity. Frutti's parents specifically make fruit jams and other preserves, and expected their daughter to follow in their steps and one day run the business along with her siblings. ° While yes, Frutti does heavily enjoy cooking and helping her parents, she wanted to travel the world and explore new places before deciding for good. She wouldn't have much free time to both travel and run the shop, and besides she wanted one last confirmation that this was her true calling, so she bid her family goodbye and set off. ° Her plan was to travel for maybe two or three years before coming back home. When she came to Lilypad, a small town near the ocean, she was approached by a mysterious figure in the woods and offered a cup of hot chocolate "for a weary traveller from distant lands". She accepted, but soon passed out and was turned into a raider.
• Now: ° Confused and lost, she came to Lilypad but was only met with shunning from the citizens, and had ti flee to Nightshade and settle there. She doesn't quite know what to do, on one hand she doesn't mind settling down for a bit and living in a small town [her ears being free from the constant chime of bells is a much pleasing change], but on the other hand she misses her family, but is scared of hurting them - the voices in her mind aren't the kindest.
• RELATIONSHIPS • • ??? [NPC]: Mother + ??? [NPC]: Mother ° Frutti is very close to her mothers, and looks up to them. She sometimes feels like the attention each sibling got wasn't equal, and a lot of the time they were left to do as they please within reason. Still, she understands that taking care of five energetic bats wasn't the easiest task. • ??? [NPC]: Father ° Her father is hardworking, maybe even a workaholic. She wasn't as close to him as other siblings, as she wasn't too interested in the long tradition of making bells. Before she left home, her dad gave her necklace as a reminder of her family. • ??? [NPC]: Siblings ° She loves her siblings a lot, and spend most of her childhood playing games and pranks with them. Out of 5, she's the 3rd oldest sibling
• NOTES • • Trivia: ° Raider form is technically omnivorous, but she only eats veggies and fruits ° Hates the taste of meat and refuses to eat it ° Very good at cooking and baking, especially if the recipe includes fruit ° Has a sweet tooth ° Nocturnal, but has a bad sleep schedule either way ° Highly sensitive to light, often seen wearing sunglasses ° Less sensitive to touch and sound but is still uncomfortable with getting touched out of a sudden and loud places
• Design Notes: ° Changes coloration based on the strongest emotion she's experiencing. She craves the fruit of her color too [Ex. If she's mad, she has red chilli coloration and really wants to eat spicy food] ° Has golden, slit pupils ° Has a three-pointed bat nose ° Can have up to five fluffy tails ° Has sharp teeth ° Not capable of flight, her wings are too small. She can, however, glide down from high places ° Round markings on tail imitate fruit
• POWERS • • Shapeshifting: When she became a raider, she gained the ability to shapeshift into all sorts of species. She had never considered the possibilities of having such power, and thus is a bit lost - there are so many options to choose from, after all. She struggles to shift into new forms, however. • Heightened Senses: As a bat she previously already had very good hearing and slightly sensitive eyes, but becoming a raider lowered her pain treshhold significantly. She's now much more sensitive to light, and touch, and is more prone to being overwhelmed by all the senses. • Shadow Abilities: She can change into a shadow-like form, and pretend to be a shadow. This allows her to slip into places that are tight, and go and from unnoticed. • Mind Control: Frutti, as part kitsune, has the ability to manipulate others into agreeing with her or doing things for her. However, she's quite bad at this and makes no plans to practice.
• FORMS • • #1: Fruit Bat x Kitsune ° Frutti's most used form. As much as she'd love to be in her fruit bat form all the time, shapeshifting from her new "usual" form is taxing on the body after a few hours. • #2: Shadow Fruit Bat x Kitsune ° She slips into this form under extreme anxiety or fear, wishing to hide and melt into the shadows. • #3: Fruit Bat ° Her original and favourite form, reminding her of the days spent in her home, with her family. Before becoming a raider. • #4: Kitsune ° Frutti doesn't feel very comfortable as a carnivorous kitsune, and tries to avoid shifting into one. • PERMISSIONS • • Roleplay: I don't usually roleplay. When I do, I exclusively do emote roleplay. • Plotting: My preferred method of plotting is drawing art pieces showing what's happening, sometimes with a bit of a description or a short story to go along with. It doesn't have to be necessarily pre-planned, if you'd like to, for example, draw/write your villager asking to be friends with mine, go ahead and I'll draw a response in my free time! No need to tag me. • Plot Info: Frutti has no plot planned, and is a slice-of-life type of character. I'll be drawing her whenever I feel like it, but there's no big storyline or story arc. • Special Permissions: Please ask me before creating villagers that are a part of her family, or villagers that come from Bellsong.

Make sure to tag me! • Friendship & Crushes: If you'd like your villager and mine to become friends or have your villager have a short, unrequited crush on mine, feel free to do so without asking! Same goes for rivalry - no need to ask me for permission. Just keep their personality in mind and make it natural - they wouldn't become best friends from interacting once. Please avoid showing my villagers hugging, holding hands or flirting [unless they're a flirt!] yours without permission. • PORTRAYAL • • Basics: ° Opinion on raiders: Frutti is conflicted on this topic. On one hand, she was forcibly turned into one and very much does not enjoy the lack of privacy, the shunning and her new forms. On the other hand, they did accept her after she had to leave Lilypad, and some raiders even call each other one big family, hitting Frutti where it hurts. She has a hard time resisting the urge to spread mischief and hates herself for it. ° Opinion on witches: Desperately hopes one day, a witch will come up with a cure to being a raider. ° Rather expressive, moves hands a lot. May accidentally hit you with her wing if you're close ° Her tails, however, barely move and mostly stay close to the ground ° Almost always seen with a smoochie ° Covers her mouth when laughing

• Specific Interactions: ° Approached by a stranger: After trusting a stranger and turning into a raider she's a bit more cautious these days, but once the other party seems chill they'll hit it off pretty well. She comes from a huge family, so meeting new people [like very distant cousins] is easy for her. ° Asked for their number: Gets flustered and gives it away unless the other party looks frightening, or is rude. ° Asked for help by a stranger: As long as it's not something "evil", she'll try to help. ° Asked to hang out by a friend: Frutti's very sociable and has a loose schedule, so she's always down for hanging out! ° Asked out: Very, very flustered. If it's a friend, she'll agree to a date, but it's not indicative that she feels the same way about them. Sometimes she's just a bit of a hopeless romantic and doesn't want to make the other side sad.
