Story: Wanted to adventure away from his home planet full of magical hyper hedgehogs like him as he was inspired due to finding a magical girl vhs. the hedgehog loved the idea of becoming the first magical girl hedgehog of his kind who fought for love and justice!
he left home very recklessly due to how excited he was, almost being caught in a black hole and causing him to crash land into a planet and into the home of one of it's residents.
Neo wants to use his power to help others as he comes to realize not everyone can defend themselves like he can, as his kind is born with very powerful strength.
Hobbies: Adventuring, watching magical girl shows.

Charcoal The Jackal - After crash landing into her home and breaking most of her house, he wasn't able to apologize until after he passed out.
Once he was going to run off after blatantly exposing to the Jackal he's a hyper strong being from another planet, Charcoal insists on him staying until he fixes her roof.
Not knowing how, Charcoal decides to hold his hand figuratively and bring him into town.
Gradually he becomes close friends with her, both of them finding out they own a different copy of the same magical girl vhs tape series' which helps them bond, but brings the vhs tapes into question.
