A new character I made in 2021 on a whim, thinking of the most throwback, modern yet not modern and hot-topic oc ever lol. inspired by literal checkered vans I owned when I was in middle school.

Story: A researcher acting as Calista's manager to help research her magical wand, he finds out after coming across one of her shows that his katana rings out, almost crying and asking him to be brought to the wand in the cat’s hands.
Unable to use his left dominant hand after he came across the katana one night. His left hand became cursed- or so he believes as he’s able to disintegrate anything from beginning to end. unsure of the curse and what it can do to him besides give him aching pain, he's set out to find out ways prevent it from becoming a hazard to others.
Hobbies: likes to collect and study bones of different species, tattoo designing and reading.

Charcoal the Jackal - calls the jackal over to commission her when in need of creation of maps for undiscovered or discovered lands, meanwhile nonchalantly asks her about Calista playfully to make her blush.
Calista the Magical Cat - The magical cat's manager who unfortunately got used to her company much to his dismay, their bickering gives him headaches. but he finds his way to tolerate her.
He was stranger then friend who helped guide her how to use her wand when she first found it, as he had been researching items that would curse someone, surprised and writing in his notebook ‘or bless them’ after meeting her.
