Ichtaca

Has a rivalry with the herbalist/healer. He grows his own plants and also steals some of the herbalists', but for more nefarious purposes. Master of poison and tactics, he can bluff his way out of any situation, as long as he doesn’t get too over-confident (which does happen sometimes). Has a bit of an ominous aura to him, but he stands by the crew and calls them his friends. He even gives them all awful nicknames as a sign of how much he cares! (Secretly, he's plotting to take the ship from himself, but all these other people keep on being too gosh darn nice to him, and he's pondering if that's the right course of action...)
