Yuudai

• Wings and halo can be optional, he can hide them at will. Especially when around mortals. 

Yuudai is a determined person who will always give a hundred and ten percent with anything he decides to take action on. He's full of heart and perhaps- naively - full of a will to see the good in everyone and everything and try and prove it. He pushes himself constantly to dwell on and make changes to make the world a better place to the best of his ability.

He has a strong lingering need to prove himself to his older counterparts- as the youngest archangel he's suffered a great deal of doubt and dismissal. He takes on more than he should, but his perseverance is something that's become downright legendary. 

He refuses to fail, and becomes greatly upset at the implication that he's slacked on anything or has let someone down. He feels strongly that others expect a lot from him and its duty that he may not disappoint them. He has a soft spot for mortals and will always step up to save them whenever he is able and to a reasonable extent that wouldn't cause further problems down the line by his acknowledgement. 

He can be reckless at times, often jumping into situations he wasn't welcome in and becoming quite opinionated if he decides he wants to intervene. He can be incredibly stubborn and its best advised not to get on his bad side because he certainly wont be forgetting any offense anytime soon. 

Yuudai was previously a mortal, twin brother to a prince born in the eastern kingdom of Caisios. However, he was killed at a young age (early teens) by the kingdoms aristocrats in a failed effort to sweep away the throne by eliminating the king's heirs. His brother, Robin, Survived- but Yuudai joined the celestial plane as an angel. His heroic heart and will to do good- along with be there for his brother against the darkness rising in their kingdom despite the barriers of life and death brought him quickly to the attention of the goddess Serafina. She admired his heart and passion for life, and in some ways saw him as a representative of many of the good things of humanity.

She made him her personal student, offered him skills beyond that of his peers, and eventually raised him to join her circle of archangels; where he'd become instrumental in directing the very fates of all of humanity. 

He was the first archangel to have lived a mortal life (to a small extent, anyway). His inexperience and youth offered plenty of resistance from his new circle of allies, but his insights proved invaluable. Eventually over time he proved his worth, proved just the faith that Serafina had given him, and earned his place among the most powerful angels to exist.
