Hot Cocoa is the founder and owner of Manehatten's #1 hot cocoa & hot chocolate shop "Cocoa's Cocoa"... well... only hot cocoa & hot chocolate shop. But ponies come from all over Equestria to get a taste of Cocoa's cocoa! She recently expanded on her winter time treat and has now started making "frozen" hot cocoa and "frozen" hot chocolate during summer months! After Cocoa marries her girlfriend Sugar Cookie they eventually start running the business together and Sugar Cookie bakes yummy parings for the delicious drinks!

Dislikes: The ocean, hot weather, sand... basically everything at the beach; she also dislikes rude ponies and is scared of heights.
