Smol TOS: - You can make changes to the design but not to the original piece itself
-Payments through paypal (USD only)
-Can be resold for the same base price but price itself can only go up for extra pieces bought for them(price scales)
-Holds are up to a month to two depending on circumstances!
Important/ TOS
General rules of design
◾ If you want to resell/regift you can optionally notify me! I just like to know where my designs are to avoid misunderstandings.
◾ You only can resell the design for the original price + the total value of the extra art unless I give you a special permission.
◾ You can make redesigns on the character-but please don't edit the original image or claim authorship over the original design.
◾You can't make twins, triplets etc of a single design with just a slight design variation. One adopt stays as one adopt.
◾ You can't turn any of my designs into a CS. Specially the series or the collections.
◾ No Chargebacks/ Refunds!, In case of a design please make sure you really want to get what you're getting!! - in case you don't want the character in question, feel free to resell it under the same price
[or if you bought art for it previously you might as well add it to total value- in case of own art please don't inflate the prices]
◾Please Credit me for the original designs! you don’t have to do it every time, but that’d make me more than happy
◾If you by any chance wish to use the character in any commercial setting outside of personal use- there will be an extra fee

-I’m not up to making redesigns of others designs/characters (not made by me) unless the author is completely okay with this action being taken, otherwise I will refuse to do so
-This TOS is subject to abrupt/unanticipated changes so please take this into consideration
