Trudell reigns over the Stitches Verse where Altered Earth and The Dreamscape have come together as one planet and timeline after the collapse of the Scalpel Verse.
She prefers to remain as something unnoticed by the beings on her planet and in her realm.
It's only when Ande breaks through a purgatory like barrier to save Monroe from Krutch who has taken a new form and name in this universe where he was previously Loki in the Stitches Verse to try and obtain ultimate power, while once again trying to overthrow the gods of this new verse.
After Ande and Loki have been forced into an empty plane of existence Trudell goes on a journey with Danna to teach Monroe and Dispute about what they must do and who they must be with their new power while looking for spiritual successors to both Kohaku and Carmello to aid in the overthrowing of Loki to restore balance in what has become a very hectic universe.
