Andi Byrnes

Andi is working as a waitress to finish putting herself through school. She is a passionate young woman, who wants to make a difference and keep up with the changing times of this expanding galaxy that needs to be cared for, just like the people on it. Andi's family is a bit of a broken mess, and she always wished that she was able to prevent it from breaking, and that's why she thinks that everyone deserves a chance at family and a place to call home, and those thoughts always keep her motivated.

She loves school and is a nerdy little academic, but even more so, she loves to travel and learn about the world hands on, or from the people who have experienced it first hand, the real grit of life. Andi is a very driven person, her curiosity puts her into dangerous positions, not that she is overly trusting, either. She knows the world can be cruel but deep down she believes in good. But people often mistake her for being naïve because of her age and optimism. But she's tougher than she looks! 

Andi is  very independent, and she enjoys that independence. She has been alone in life for a while, so when she finally gets together with people, she can come across as real outgoing because it takes her a while to realize she's feeling lonely because she's also quite introverted. Despite the confidence she carries herself with, she can be fairly awkward and a peculiar taste. She's kind and easy to get along with if you don't mind her blabbing at you all the time. She makes a lot of sassy remarks and quick comebacks. She's acts very confident in herself because she knows she's capable after taking care of herself for so long, but she has more book smarts than street smarts. However, she thinks she still can manage her way around the streets. 

Andi loves her job at Red Rose Oasis Casino because she gets to meet all sorts of interesting people: humans, aliens, androids! She can't get enough, and it's part of her job to make the guests like her, so she'll chat them up for their stories all the time. It's not a requirement, but she'll often dress-up in a bunny outfit to entertain her favorite guests.One guest in particular intrigues her because he gives her very little to work with, and she loves the challenge of pulling information and interest out of him. She's got to work for it, but he's got his own sort of charm. But he always says he's there for business, not pleasure and tells her to go away. But if he's truly a pilot like he says, she wants him to show her around! There is so much of the world to see and so little time to see it.
