A piscine Ghirian who technically lives in New Karek, but spends so much of his time above-water in Lochona City that sometimes people forget. He's very sociable, but a bit bullheaded and overconfident. Born in New Karek, he doesn't know anything about the existence of Karek Deep as knowledge of it has slipped from the history books over the years.

Aligned to Water and Electricity, the latter of which was granted to him by a mutation. His alignment to the unusual human-born aspect is very rare, making him a bit of a famous face in Lochona.
