Lennie belongs to a limited range of androids under serial number of "CC", designed to copy an appearance of public man, media characters or sometimes even real-life acquaintances of a customer, purchased for personal usage only. It's not really legal since not many celebrities had given permission to use their "faces" and sometimes even quirks for commercial use, but it did not stop this model from spreading all over the darknet or other non-official android stores, giving income to many private productions and producers.
The owners of this model type are tend to keep them in private places (like closed clubs, personal houses etc.) since purchasing of CC series is punishable by law and custom-made models don't display in general android database of Cyberlife or have their identification number on their clothes since they technically don't exist. However, the small pasport card or special production number can be provided upon request of a customer. [ full ref ]

Personality
Sweet, naive and unexperienced when it comes to social life and rules. She may has an adult appearance, but many of her decisions can hardly be described as mature. Being literally trapped inside of a glass bubble for the most part of her existence, she has a very little knowledge about life and therefore can appear as a rush, in and out of place direct and too trustful person even by deviant standards. She is not stupid, but she may be very optimistic and naive at times, too eager and ready to befriend enyone who is nice enough to her with overcheerful simplicity which often leads to her downfall, since the real life is not always about friendship and understanding. She became slightly more mature and responsible after deviancy but also developed some insecurities about her own feelings since now she is not completely sure which parts of her character are actually her and which are pre-programmed.
