Tobias Kaiser is a man on a mission; a revolutionary, a maverick. The person normal people see on television as absolutely insane in all things he does. For good reason too - he wants to destroy the status quo. Everything people see as "normal", he sees the flaws.
He has no aspirations of love or money, every fiber of his being is dedicated to his cause and for that, he's dangerous.
So he wants to destroy the "status quo" but what does that actually mean?
- Dismantling of the current government
- Release of censored info (ex. "forbidden" rhythm techniques)
- Establishment of better protections for resonators
- Ending the persecution of "anomalies"
- Creation of a new, open government
This is the Kaiser of the people, a man of ambition. On a more personal level he's highly charismatic, able to break out into speeches and spur the people who work for his cause. He's highly respectful towards his allies and the general population as a whole (even if they fail to understand his goals).
To his enemies however, he is mercilessly cruel. He doesn't believe in taking prisoners and will crush anyone who dares oppose his ideals. That may sound in contrast with his generally amicable nature towards the public that doesn't understand his ideals, but in his mind, it isn't. There is a stark contrast between someone who doesn't understand him and is opposing him out of fear of change, and an enemy. The dangerous thing is, this distinction only exists in his own mind. Once he has deemed you as an enemy, it takes quite a lot for him to remove that distinction.
He does enjoy the finer things in life. His own personal quarters are quite comfortable, and he will often invite people into them so they may relish in the wealth of it all.

One might not guess knowledge was his weakness of rhythm. Tobias is well spoken and able to hold his own in most debates. He curbs his weakness in two ways: Surrounding himself with trusted advisors that can counsel him on his next best course of action; and more simply, studying. Despite all the work Tobias does, he still is incredibly studious; taking the time to learn topics he doesn't understand and conferring with his trusted advisors to confirm the results of his study.
Tobias Kaiser is a menace to society, and he will wear that label with pride to free the ignorant masses.
Misc Facts
- He leads a resistance movement called the "Red Resistance"
- It's made up of all manners of maestros and resonators, many of whom were either abandoned by society, or branded as "anomalies" set to be purged by the government
- He does not have a resonator and fights using a combination of pure rhythm and rhythm-based fire arms
- His standard carry is a Desert Eagle styled pistol that fires hardened rhythm as bullets.
- He's very careful about utilizing rhythm in his fighting techniques, especially those that aren't common knowledge or are actively being suppressed
- He doesn't want innocent people to have their lives ruined by being branded as an anomaly
- He doesn't want his enemies using his techniques against him
- Despite being asexual, he very much promotes Resonator x Maestro relationships, as another way to fight against the status quo.
