*Personality

Malin can be a bit of a hot head and not so easy to approach with how he seems to try and keep up this air of intimidation, glaring and even getting to the point of growling if he considers someone as a threat or annoyance. But there's another side to him that seems to want to be around people and try to make friends. Quite competitive and wanting to prove himself some moments, a loyal and trusting ally during other times.

*History

After spending years in a mostly dark world with a 'sister' who continuously practiced dark arts, even when a surprising group of new heroes had started going around, Malin had enough just trusting that Kali and the others of their 'family' could keep them all safe. Too many of those around them were going too far, and he didn't want to stick around doing nothing to fight against it. Sure, he ended up fighting off people at first just to keep training himself up for the inevitable abandonment he was planning- but if he hadn't kept doing so then he wouldn't have met Riley. Though her fighting skills really could have been better, how much she seemed to worry about him- to the point of even sparing him from death when he wouldn't have and hadn't been doing in these fights- it astounded him. Not to mention that Kali intentionally prevented herself from using all of her powers just to 'test' her? So these heroes were that special, huh?

He began to interact with some of them more, even bailing Riley out of a bad situation with a gremlin of a sister hah. Though he started to be more interested with how the two kids his sister had been helping out had become apart of their crew too. Gale was one that he had more of a connection too and so attempts of getting information about how the so-called heroes were. He didn't want to tell him too much and Malin left him alone when the guy wouldn't say anthing anymore. The other one, the not-dead riolu girl... He hadn't seen her around, so that wasn't an option.
Then came a time when the heroes had some trouble. Ambushed and separated, basically a mess from what he could tell from Gale and a purrloin trying to tell Kali about it. Maybe he could finally help them out. Malin ventured out to then encounter someone who once tried to oppose his family, a water genasi gardevoir. But it didn't seem to be her exactly, she had no memory of seeing him or his brethren. A froslass came to her side, which he learned to be Urami. Though hesitant, they agreed on staying together for the night since Urami couldn't defend herself well yet and had to rely soley on the genasi. In exchange, Malin wanted more of an explanation to what was going on and how they as heroes kept on doing, well, what they're supposed to do. What he didn't expect to have was an eye opening conversation that struck a chord.

Guess it was about time to try being a hero.

*Class/Abilities
Though he used to be a warrior, Malin had found use for stealth and more dexterious actions. He would still prefer fighting close combat with his fists to which he can apply his magic for more damage, but he has trained himself in a few techniques and weaponry that he can keep at a back pouch until needed. For example, a set of throwing daggers. Always useful for stabbing emergencies. Some techniques he's figuring out are ways on preventing or restricting his opponent so that a fight doesn't need to go on for too long or result in a bloody mess. Trying to lessening that a bit now if possible.

Hobbies
Training, making friends, exercising ,,,hanging out with Kali when she's actually around,,,

Extras/Fun Facts
Gale and Shara attempted to help him with a fake name, the best they went with was something that was pretty similar to his name already and then they kind of went through a whole family names list until he decided on one.
