Backstory: Rina was staring around the twoleg nest, it was dark and her mom was nowhere to be seen. She looked around nervously, she heard a monster roar come from another room. Rina whined standing up going to look around for her mom. She wandered around the dark twoleg nest jumping at every little noise around her. She held her tail between her legs running out of the two leg nest. Rina looked around the outside, the 6 month old cat wandered around nervously. She saw the thunderpath and squeaked seeing the monster charging across the thunderpath. She stuck to the ground coughing letting out a wheeze she looked around. She trembled as Monsters kept rolling by. She looked around for her mom the sky almost a pitch black as she wandered. Rina looked around calling out "Momm!?" she asked looking around. Finally Rina noticed her mom just laying on the ground, the grass seemed a weird red color. She pawed at her confused, her mom let out a small mumble, she kept tapping her her face growing worried. She stared at her mom "Mom..?" she asked poking her, her moms gaze locked with her "I love you dear-" her mother began, drooping, she continued "I'll miss you, go-go- run- I'm always with you-" her mother said finally before closing her eyes. Rina let out a glass breaking cry, tears streamed down her cheeks as she poked her mom "MOM! MOM! N-NO!" she cried burying her face in her moms fluffy fur. She kept crying helplessly watching her mom, taking in her scent before it was lost. Her mind was whirling as she lifted her head looking around. She dragged her mom to a hole and buried her still crying. She sat down beside the grave her tears slowing. Soon enough she was just staring at her moms grave, she couldn't cry anymore, she felt empty,dull to that point. She curled up and slept there for the rest of the night. ~even as she grew older she would still have nightmares of that day, even years after~ {she is now 12 moons old} Rina looked around, she had taught herself how to catch fish, she listened to the echo's of the water through the valley and sighed. "I'm going to pick a new name" she told herself "I know wanna be known as Echo!" she said twitching her tail holding her fish, the name Rina seemed in the past now, it was the start of a new day,new life. {20 moons old} EchoStar had started her clan awhile back now, still clinging onto her mother. "I'm doing this for you mom" she said sitting out of her den hugging her tail.
I may add more as I need but for now, its the start of a fresh start and a new adventure.
