What happens when they drop their ice cream:

"Huff. How rude. I simply MUST do something about this unfair weather. MANAGER! I WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER! THIS HORRIBLE SUN MELTED MY ICE CREAM!"

A worker cat standing next to the ice cream stand shifted uncomfortably. "Uh, ma'am, please calm down. I can get you another ice cream cone."

Tapioca's fur fluffed up in a sudden rage. "Calm down? CALM. DOWN?! I DO NOT NEED TO CALM DOWN! YOU DO! YOU ARE THE ONE OVERREACTING AND MAKING THINGS MORE DRAMATIC. I DON'T WANT A NEW CONE, I WANT TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER!"

The poor cat took a step back, ears flattening in genuine fear. "P-please calm down. This is just my summer job--"

Tapioca fumed, pure hatred spurting out of her ears. She adjusted her "real" Gucci original purse. "MANAGER. NOW! YOU ARE DISRESPECTING MY RIGHTS!"

The cat curled its tail around itself, cowering behind the stand. The cat's supervisor stormed out of a nearby bush, getting between the crazy cat and the one behind the stand.

"Leave. Please leave. Unless you can calm down enough to buy another ice cream cone, you are not welcome here anymore."

Tapioca huffed the largest huff known to catkind, pulled out her iPhone 12 Pro, and started filming. "Yeah, just so you all know, this ice cream stand has the WORST service ever! If you value your rights, don't buy anything from here. I dropped my ice cream and they didn't even offer to get me a new one!"

The cat behind the stand stood up a little, and said, "I offered to make you another one, ma'am." Tapioca had lost all patience, she shoved the phone into the supervisor's face and demanded a refund.

"Please calm down ma'am, and I'll give you your refund." The she-cat was satisfied and stopped filming. She got her refund and successfully left chaos in her wake.
