The jumpiest of Gus's crew, Roy doesn't like to fight, he prefers to run. But it he must fight, he becomes very stoic, and is actually very skilled in take-downs. He's never killed anyone, and honestly probably couldn't bring himself to do so.
The reason he's called rabbit is that he has amazing hearing. He can hear people coming from a ways away and identify people he recognizes by their step.

Gus's crew are called the wolf snakes because they act quite a bit like wolves in a sense, if they can't settle an argument, they'll physically fight. Whoever keeps getting up, clearly believes in their argument more, and therefor wins. They will also fight over girls for this same reason, whoever keeps getting up would be more heartbroken if the other dated her instead. They hold no grudges against one another, and all get along pretty well.
Roy rarely if ever needs to fight. He's a rather gentle soul, and the crew protect him like a treasure- 

He is an honest to fuck member of the GC, His parents died in what is known as the ‘Sharksview Cult’ incident.
It was a cult set under a bait shop Shop owner had no clue until he came by the next morning and found cops swarming the building, coming there from reports of gunshots Sixteen cultists shot themselves Only found two alive. Both mortified kids who were there to 'witness' and were supposed to die later... but the poison was expired.

Roy heard the news on the radio and called Gus, Gus helped him move into the GC

He works with a local barber and is FANTASTIC at cutting and styling hair because of it. He's also a bit of a bird nerd and enjoys going with Ficus to the docks and identifying sea birds.
