Lottie

Formerly an oracle princess of a castle in the sky, Lottie - once Charlotte - now lives on the down-low in Harara, having escaped from the man who kidnapped her from her old home. Rather than returning, she rented out an apartment and has spent recent days telling fortunes in the street for meager earnings. It's not the riches she's used to, but she finds she doesn't mind all that much.

She's made good friends with her next-door neighbor, Sterling, who she finds adorable.
