General

Howard is a wealthy businessman  who values knowledge, money, and power over everything. He's a workaholic and is always cancelling personal plans if a good business opportunity comes up or a chance at finding out more knowledge on  something that interests him. Although Howard is ancient, surpassing the existence of the mortal dimension, he took interest in the mortal realm  in the 17th century and flourished with his business in the 19th and  early 20th century. He'd been throughout history, also in the Medieval days but took little interest in what was going on compared to later  times in history.

Howard  now-a-day lives in Boston at the top of his tower club in a room that  is located in a 'pocket dimension', nobody can get in without his  assistance. Only two of his close friends and colleagues are able to  step foot into his room without his assistance and that is his bouncer  Edward, and his business partner and close friend Uriel.

• His birth name is not Howard, he gave himself the name Howard. His birth name is unknown.
• He is an ancient, therefore he never experienced a infant or adolescent life, he was 'born' adult. 
• He was one of the first to step into the mortal realm and has bounced back and forth between the mortal realm and the underworld for centuries. 
• Edward has been with Howard since the beginning of the 1900s but has been on earth far longer
• Howard doesn't really define himself on the sexuality or romantic level and he doesn't talk about his personal life with anyone aside from his close friends and some colleagues. He has mentioned before he favours men's physique over women's. 
• He has had a wife before but for social and money reasons, she was a scientist like himself and the two had more of a platonic relationship though they have tried to be physical once for experimental reasons. The purpose was to see if Howard was capable of mixing his genes with a human. The experiment was semi-successful but both of them deemed it more of a failure and did not attempt it again. Howard explained the situation in the bedroom as "awkward" and "not my cup of tea, although she's a beautiful woman". 
• Howard has two children with Braggi (a Norse Raven creature from Valhalla), their two sons are Everett and Flóki whom are both half demon-ravens.
• Howard's children were also an experiment that turned out to be successful, however he was in love with Braggi before this experiment happened. It was different than the experiment between he and Rosalind back then. 
• He had thought of attempting a romantic relationship with Edward but chose against it in fear of damaging their strong friendship down the road. He and Edward have a deep platonic relationship.
• He generally shows little to no romantic or sexual interest in others, at least not publicly
• Had a few intimate nights with Uriel, a corrupt angel, business partner and close friend of his. It was mostly experimental though Howard does also find Uriel's visual appearance attractive
