Tuyet looks as soft and fragile as snow, but she is anything but cold. Unlike her older brother, Tuyet is warm and gentle; well, that is if you're able to get close to her. Like her brother, Tuyet is reserved and tends to keep her distance, but it's out of shyness rather than apathy. She wears her heart on her sleeves, and is transparently honest with her feelings. Her face is easy to read. One look at her and a blind person will be able to know what she is thinking or how she feels. Tuyet gets easily stressed and anxious, but she is working hard to overcome her social anxiety and become a bright and shining idol.
Background
Tuyet comes from a working class family and is the youngest of four siblings. Her two oldest siblings are graduate school students, and her older brother, Hai, has recently debuted as a successful idol; half of the popular duo unit nep-2NE. Growing up, she was always the closest to Hai since they were the closest in age. She always relied on him and admired him, and so when he became a successful idol, she wanted to follow in his footsteps. Since Hai was a huge hit from his debut, their parents were more lenient when Tuyet expressed that she wanted to become an idol too.
However, unlike Hai, Tuyet is much more shy. She has the voice and looks to become an idol, but is greatly held back by her shyness and reserved personality. Tuyet is a diamond in the rough. With a lot of encouragement and polishing, she has the potential to become a brilliant idol, but for now she's just a shy bird.
As a trainee, she's not well known, but she does get opportunities to work with different idols and celebrities, including her brother and famous actress, Irena Teegarden. Despite her shy disposition, she is much more friendly and socialable than her brother, and people are naturally drawn to her. Tuyet is often praised for her sweet personality. She's often asked why she doesn't just settle for being a model since it requires less of a public presence, but she tells them she is determined to break out of her comfort zone. With such a passionate response, she garners a lot of encouragement. Tuyet is the type of person others want to cheer on.
