Story:

Joined the team after beeing on the look out for a part time job. The reason that motivated the teen to join after learning about the dimension problem is unclear to most. He joined the Beacon compagny to work on his fears and for the wish.

Backstory:

Ackerley's family recently moved in the town. The family moved after the demi-guy recovered from some wounds afflicted by a bully. The kid hide for a big while from his parents of him begin misstreated at school. By believing he could handle things on his own. He developped social anxiety from that experience and phobia of touching knife. He use that new part-time job he obtained at the Cafe Phantasia to be more independent and rework on his social skills.

Spells:

Healing Spell (Single Target / 1d8 / Healing): Can heal anyone's wounds even himself using that spell. Can also be used to fix items Take the form of a golden tissue covering the wound like a bandage.

Shield Spell (AoE / 1d8 / Support): Give temporarily 5+ AC to Snips and anyone staying close to him(under the shield). The shield is always a perfect circle of the size of 10 feet or less, the shield can take the form of an umbrella or a plate cover. Allies can pass through and make attack pass through the shield from inside. It only protect from outsider's attack. Roll 1d8 for the number of turn the spell remain. Paralyzing Needle Spell (Multi-Target / 3d6 / Ranged): Snips summons a collection of large golden needles the size of arrows to hurt and paralyze multiple targets. He can summon as many needles as his Wisdom modifier, and send each needle out to different targets at once. On a hit, the target must make a CON saving throw against Snips (8+Snip's CON modifier) On a success, the target takes half damage, and is paralyzed for one turn. On a fail, the target takes full damage and is paralyzed for three turns.

Mending (single target / 1d8 / support): This spell repairs a single break or tear in an object you touch, such as a broken chain link, two halves of a broken key, a torn cloak, or a leaking wineskin. As long as the break or tear is no larger than 1 foot in any dimension, you mend it, leaving no trace of the former damage. This spell can physically repair a magic item or construct, but the spell can't restore magic to such an object. This can be used as a bonus action during combat to heal constructs such as golems, warforged, or other such things that might otherwise be unaffected or resistant to normal healing magic. Dancing Lights (self target / 1d8 / support) As an action, you can create up to four torch-sized lights in the shape of chinese lanterns within a 60ft range Each laterns sheds dim light in a 10-foot radius. As a bonus action you can move the lanterns around, and must be within 20 ft of another light created by this spell. A light winks out of it exceeds the spell's range.


Passive ability:

Abnormal anatomy: Snip has no neck or elbow. His head and limbs simply float and can't take any distance from his body, but can turn in any direction. The scissor on his body can move(without taking any distance just like his limbs) and act has efficiently than any scissor. The one on the back of his head is the strongest.

Solid body: Due to being half an object, falling and blunt damage against Snip are halfed.

Book's friend: Can manage read and understand any written language. He can't pronounce it in the language it's written, but he can translate it in the language(s) he know.

Poisoned blood: His blood is an in-between liquid gold, magic and actual blood, acting has magical poison. If an enemy does a quarter of Snips hp amount of damage, the foe is then now poisoned that cause them to have disadvantage on all type of attack.

Scissor Form: He can take the form of a brown scissor with golden blades. This make him completly undetectable except visualy by begin percevied entirely has normal scissor. He can't do anything in this form, but listen and watch without having eyes or ears. The size is the regular one that can be put in a pocket, but he is the sort that are strong enough to cut in leather.

Facts:

The character's specie is homebrew. Actually not even a specie. The story is a human mage called Daren that attempted to give life and will to a scissor. Didn't worked. He fused with the scissor and that turned him into a strange half-alive inanimate object and human at the same time thing.
